​Unbounded Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to assist in hiring large batches of mobile development consultants from across the United States. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a true passion for recruiting. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a vibrant personality and loves to talk on the phone. This recruiter will report directly to the Director of Internal Recruiting, who is very results driven, upbeat and hardworking; a leader who desires the highest rate of collective success from each member of her team.

Unbounded Solutions is an Atlanta-based IT consulting firm established in 2000, employing over two hundred full-time consultants who provide enterprise software implementation services and support. With offices in London and Mumbai, Unbounded Solutions is primarily an iOS and SharePoint consulting services and products firm but also has a strong hand in Android and MS Exchange. We focus in the areas of Mobile Applications, Enterprise Content Management, Messaging, and Customer Relationship Management and have partnered with best-of-breed application vendors including Microsoft (Microsoft Gold Partner), EMC (Select Services Team Partner) and Apple. Responsibilities & Duties

·Scouts for new talent using a variety of methods (including data mining of the internet, cold calling, online databases, social media, internal database, employee referrals, etc.) to source candidates that meet the target profile, using screening techniques to narrow down the candidate pool

·Screens candidates for availability, interest level, citizenship status, salary range, relocation needs and basic qualifications

·Evaluates factors such as experience, education, skills, training, fit within the company and future potential matches to technical consulting projects post-training

·Follows up with the related aspects of staffing: requisition process, posting process, scheduling and new hire notifications

·Completes full cycle recruiting efforts and facilitates the pre-hire screening and technical assessment/interviewing process

·Develops appropriate short and long-range recruiting strategies and maintains a pre-hire marketing package to present to candidates highlighting corporate culture and profile of the company

·Qualifies resumes and conducts preliminary interviews via telephone and/or video calls

·Manages interview schedules, collects feedback in a timely manner, facilitates hiring decisions including conducting de-briefing sessions, conducts preliminary reference checks and coordinates offer letters by working management and HR to develop an attractive offer package

·Generates reports of employment activity as required (e.g., time-to-fill metric, open requisitions, candidates, daily activity report, etc.)

·Responsible for marketing our opportunity to consultants that have mobile development skills in iPhone, Exchange, and SharePoint using self-sourcing

·Analyzes information provided on applicant’s application and interviewing process to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment

·Professional in all communications with candidates, especially when delivering undesirable employment decisions

·Provide a level of relationship building and customer service that emphasizes accessibility, honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, consistency, confidentiality, respect and dignity

·Strategizes with director about job requirements, job descriptions, postings and hiring process; communicates any obstacles or issues that arise during the recruiting process

·Maintains strong and consistent communication with candidates and director throughout recruiting process

Desired Skills

·Previous experience with recruiting mobile developers

·Familiarity with consultant contact and follow-up

·Established connections with mobile developers and the IT industry

·Strong phone presence and business acumen

·Strong qualifying and screening tactics

·Previous experience in cold calling/sales

·Ability to think quickly and on the spot

·Able to provide resolutions when communicating obstacles

·Able to handle pressure and complex situations

Minimum Requirements

·Requires a minimum of 2 years of IT recruiting experience

·Knowledge of social networking space and creative recruiting techniques

·Aggressive and passionate about recruiting

·Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills

·Superior verbal and written communications skills

·Thorough understanding of leading practices in sourcing strategies and methodologies

·Experience in high quality, fast-paced sourcing and recruiting projects for a wide range of talent searches, including technical searches

·Solid Microsoft Office computer skills are required: Outlook, Word, Excel

·Must be personable, flexible, reliable, adaptable and willing to go the ‘extra mile’

·Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and remain committed to producing high quality results

Position Details

·Full time permanent position with extensive room for growth

·Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm; willingness to go above and beyond to meet monthly target goals

·Solid base salary plus excellent commission structure which is earned as each consultant is placed​​
