Mission

As a University Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with target universities and colleges while supporting our branding efforts through Different programs and initiatives’ operational activities. A successful associate will have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with their external contacts, internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing University program plans across different Universities.

• Executing the external programs plans to enhance relationships with key university partners (faculty members, student groups, alumni…etc.).

• Implementing the operational/logistical plans for University programs.

• Data gathering and mining for different programs to support the decision making process.

• Coordinate and join in any travels for conducting events in different cities if applicable.

• Other University Relations related projects as needed.

Education/Training

• Bachelor’s degree (from Business or Mass Communications or Public Relations or Marketing or any related field)

• Digital Marketing certification is a plus.

• Events Management certification is a plus.

Professional Experience

• 3 – 5 years proven experience in the University Relations Field.

• Strong network with Universities.

• At least 2 years of related experience in planning and management of events/conferences branding. (Online/Offline)

• Excellent editorial skills (Writing articles, announcements..etc).

• Graphic Design experience using Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus.

• Excellent experience in dealing with Microsoft Office.

• Analytical thinking mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance multiple diverse tasks.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Team-oriented, ability to establish rapport across virtual/remote relationships.

• Multinational exposure is a plus.
