Job Description:

This team is looking for a talented, word-wise UX Writer to join our highly collaborative product team, supporting products with high exposure. You will be a key point person for brand and content within the product team, working in lockstep with teams to influence product development, from copy creation and refinement to catching a typo right before a launch. Part of your role will be developing the UX writing framework and liaising between product, legal, UX and marketing to drive consistency across external touchpoints.

This role excels at writing, editing, and collaboration, always striving to understand our customer through data, and create the most intuitive, delightful experience on their behalf. The UX writer also needs to be adept at balancing personality and function in their approach to create a cohesive, unified experience that helps humanize the brand across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

Work to define, test and iterate UI copy across a variety of touch points and areas of the customer experience
Work to test and validate that content is clear and memorable.
Develop writing tools and frameworks based user research and brand guidelines
Set a scalable copy standard, and drive adherence to writing best practices based on industry standards, internal learnings, branding guidelines, research and data.
Act as a conduit between Product, UX, Legal and Marketing from a copy perspective to drive workflow efficiencies and consistency.
