The Insights & Product Marketing team leverages capabilities globally and delivers content in an efficient, effective and relevant way. As a Marketing Associate supporting the Global Head of AWM Insights & Product Marketing, you will work with senior leaders and internal business partners to execute key strategic projects and assist with solving day-to-day business issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with partners across the team to ensure coordination on key marketing initiatives
  • Project manage large-scale, regional and/or global marketing initiatives
  • Partner with various business groups across the organization (Marketing, Client, Investment, Finance, Ops, Tech, Controls, Events, HR, and Strategy Teams) to execute key priorities
  • Prepare and maintain business management materials (i.e. Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing plans and dashboards)
  • Communicate priorities, processes and initiatives in a simple and compelling way
  • Track progress and maintain dashboards against team's priorities and initiatives
  • Assist with agenda development and implementation of global team meetings
  • Organize, plan and participate in meetings and managing follow-up items
  • Manage the budget, coordinating between Finance and various team members
  • Attend applicable meetings to maintain broader connectivity and awareness
  • Assist with identifying ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes

The Marketing Associate must be able to:
  • Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects proactively
  • Interact and communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of management, including executive management of the firm
  • Prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret information
  • Work successfully and efficiently in a team-based environment
  • Utilize judgment and discretion when working with confidential information

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' relevant experience
  • Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong project management and editorial skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress and effectively track deliverables to completion
  • Expertise in PowerPoint: creating slides and editing presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Open minded, respectful, collaborative and supportive of J.P. Morgan's diverse and inclusive culture
  • BA or BS degree required
