Anyone has been rejected because of background verification process. What could be the possible scenarios for rejection.

Off topic: In an arranged marriage setup, How difficult would it be to live life with a girl who has spent her entire life in a village and graduated in arts with vernacular medium from a tier-3 town. My parents are pressuring me to marry such a girl citing that they can't find more educated girls in our community. All the 10-15 rishtas I have got have the same pattern. Hi guys, Urgent - please reply. I left Deloitte after 7 months without any offer.Prior to this, I worked in PwC for 1.5 yr & Genpact for 6 months. Now in job search, HR isn't shortlisting me due to early exit in 2 Co's.As Genpact exp isn’t relevant to my current domain, I’m thinking of removing it from my resume. Will this create issues during BGV? Do Company get access to past employment if not mentioned in resume?Please let me know or suggest any way out to resolve this issue. Thankyou
