Google Relocation Package: use their services or take lump sum cash-out? For those that have experience with either I’d love to hear pros and cons of each. Potentially moving to EU from NA and am unsure which to pick. I’ll have a dog and a partner so I’m leaning towards the service, so that I can get assistance on that front.

how much time can i take to schedule interview from 1st screening to the next round? mine scheduled is within 8 days but I am feeling under prepared and also a bit under the weather so my prep is not optimal. is it ok to move by another 4-5 days or it’ll hamper my changes bc if i move, the next call will be after two weeks of the 1st round of screening. pls help…

Hi All, for those who work at Google or have worked at Google specifically in the Recruitment team - how do you get in? I have 10+ years of solid recruiting experience across tech, engineering, data centres and AI roles. I apply and never get through - even with a referral. I am beyond confused as I know I meet the requirements and have also experience working at global enterprises. Any words of wisdom?! Thanks!
Used the service to move from coast to coast. Absolutely no complaints, everything went smoothly, the only thing they wouldn’t pay for was shipping our second car.
If you are moving the family, the relo package wins by far.
For such a big move take their services… they were amazing when we moved from west coast to Texas. My friends who did the move on their own had multiple issues even after paying 10k+… I had no complaints whatsoever.

+1 for relo services. Used them twice. One caveat is I don’t think animal transport is covered. You might want to look into it.
