Anyone using 15Five, Culture Amp or Lattice for performance reviews? I'd love to hear about your experience. I'm looking into them for performance management (and potentially career pathing down the line)

    I haven't used Culture Amp, but between 15Five and Lattice, I'd say the latter has the slight advantage. I just prefer Lattice for its UI.

    Sure, I've used both 15Five and Lattice in the past for performance reviews. 15Five is great for more frequent check-ins and goal tracking, while Lattice is better for more comprehensive reviews with customizable questions and feedback from multiple stakeholders. I haven't used Culture Amp personally, but I've heard good things about their focus on employee engagement and feedback.
