Offer for 240k base and 175k RSU (~415k TC) at late-stage unicorn in SF with 2-3 days in office. Very high chance of 2-3x potential equity upside, but currently private with limited liquidity events. Is the offer enough to hop?

For non-Indian desis, the 100k H1B fee might be a huge win. A lot easier to snag one now assuming most of the Indian firms won't be able to afford the fees. Restores parity and removes the blatant fraud all while improving the diversity of the pool.
