I am currently in final stages of an offer from ADP for a role of Director of Product Development for their Vista product. Is it worth it to move from Zoho to ADP for such a role ? How are the growth prospects for ADP in Chennai ? Is there any development activity happening around this ? How are year on year hikes and appraisals ? Been hearing mixed bag of reviews about ADP and hence it’s a bit confusing . Meeting them next week and clarity before that will help Zoho ADP India ADP

Is there anything adjacent/similar to working at an ad agency? I love doing creative work at a creative company but I'm beginning to get disillusioned by it from the state of the industry. For context, i've done a lot of creative gigs in the past like production, and i'd like to work for an agency that's not just doing ads but other interesting things in design, experience, creative problem solving (also with some semblance of work-life balance).

Im at a Omnicom agency, my director and skip manager submitted my promotion to AD months ago . Cleared Hr and it’s just been sitting with finance for 2 months. There were multiple AD roles open they promoted this girl from manager to a AD on my team from another account and it’s already been approved. How much longer should I wait until i can assume it’s a no. I outperform any of the ADs on the team btw.

I am currently a PL at BCG with ~6 yoe - obviously a big comp hit, but wondering if im being low-balled or if BCG is just paying me too much. Anyone have insights into AD exits that could comment?
