I was listening to a vlog and the person said that alignment in your values with your workplace allows for freedom. Her example was high quality work being submitted consistently matters more than when you do the work. Do you have that kind if of working relationship with your leaders? An example this week on why I don’t feel I do: I work pacific hours at a central based organization. I’m not a morning person and would rather meetings be scheduled 8 am onwards. I was told I should be amenable.

As a designer over 10years, I’ve been feeling underconfident after returning from maternity leave. Today I received feedback about alignment and spacing issues in my InDesign file, and it made me feel like the client is doubting my skills. Has anyone ever received feedback like this? Is it normal to get comments about spacing or alignment sometimes? I know it’s a small thing, but I’m scared. I feel like I’m being judged, and I’ve started to feel a little bit of imposter syndrome. :(

Hey! I’m Chelsey 👋 I’m a fractional CMO/demand gen operator and also design curated virtual speed-matchmaking events for companies that want monthly or quarterly pipeline without ads or cold outreach. Recently I’ve been running investor sessions where founders meet 8–12 investors in one hour, 1:1 based on industry, stage and check size. Very targeted, very aligned. I’m taking on new fractional / cash-flow projects right now, so if this sounds useful, feel free to DM me.

Chemist with Mining Edge From the lab bench to the leach pads, I’ve built my career on turning data into decisions. I thrive where science meets industry: troubleshooting instruments, crunching numbers in Excel or Power BI, and keeping OHS standards front and center. Now I’m looking to apply this blend of scientific rigor and operational know‑how in mining engineering, metallurgy, or process optimization roles — helping teams drive efficiency, safety, and innovation

Most people trying to break into AI get pushed into data labeling. I didn’t. I built NarroVue — a system that turns messy, conflicting documents into structured outputs: what’s claimed, where sources align or conflict, and what’s missing. No degree, no team—just building. It works, but revenue isn’t stable yet. Looking for contract or part-time work where structured thinking and real-world problem solving matter. GitHub: github.com/NarroVue

Articulation and negotiation training I know both of these are very different but I think having done this for 20 years now, I could use a refresher. Do you recommend any companies for one-on-one training? Not looking for the basics at all, but rather fine tune what I’ve known for decades or maybe pick up a few new techniques and strategies - thanks

Searching during economic uncertainty has brought an extra layer of pressure and it’s been mentally exhausting. I feel like I’m going to take a position out of fear rather than alignment but at this point I need any role. Do you recommend taking anything and continuing to apply for something better or will this come back to haunt me?

I’ve been halfway through interview loops where the role slowly shifted from what was originally posted. New responsibilities, different expectations, sometimes even a different team. It’s hard to know what you’re actually interviewing for when the company itself isn’t aligned. How do you navigate interviews when the target keeps moving?
