So ive been a MIT for 3 years. My SM and ASM both quite and i told the DSM that i would like to move up to ASM. She told me she would talk to the new SM and he would let me know. He was ready to give me the ASM position and the DSM gave him a lame excuse why not to promote me. ( Everyone in my store is all new hires but me and alot younger (im 46). And on top of it she is moving the ASM from another store to my. Growth in the company is always being incurred but not in my case. What should i do?

Shouldn’t these companies pay for our mobile bills given we’re required to use our mobile phones to authenticate? I know those that travel automatically expense to the client but I’m talking about everyone, including those of us who are in office or wfh. I’m considering getting a separate phone because it’s all too intrusive for me. Even my client’s von requires it so now they ‘have access’. How does your company address this?

If you're with Tmobile, a lot of people are reporting retention offers for phone lines.
