I have an offer with Allstate in ontario as an insurance sales advisor, does anyone knows who’s the work life balance is and how is career growth within the organization looks like? Is it something I should choose to opt as I am moving from TD insurance and they are offering me a little less salary but looks promising in a long term. Hot take: If you’re a provider who treats the ancillary staff like garbage, you’re actually a bad clinician. I don't care how many surgeries you’ve performed… if you don't know the name of the EVS person cleaning your room or the tech helping you move a patient, you’re failing at your job. Does anyone else feel like the ego culture in hospitals is finally starting to crack?

Has anyone presented a doctor’s note to Omnicom Health with a reason to WFH covered under the ADA and been rejected? I live in an at-will state but it seems like there should at least be some respect for a “reasonable accommodation” for a condition covered under the ADA. Yet, as a product of the merger, I fear the worst when it comes to Omnicom leadership….

I’m considering a role in the Publicis Health network and wanted to know what we think of their benefits package? We know omnicom/IPG is not competitive and Havas just followed suit with changing their PTO policy. The networks seem to be slowly stripping away the joys and perks of this industry, but independent agencies don’t seem to be hiring much.
