I recently lost 45 lbs (thanks to Zepbound!) and am now getting weird compliments from a particular security guard at my firm's office building. His comments are escalating and have started to make me uncomfortable. I reported him but nothing has appeared to change. I am new to harrassment because I have always been bigger and usually feel invisible, but it feels like this is a valid reason to WFH. Can I request to WFH until this security guard is moved?

Wife received an offer at the top of the middle management level and is trying to understand annual total comp, but no one involved in the process seems to have any idea. They throw around “black box” without any of context. Appreciating bonuses can vary and have been varied based on the market the past few years, is KF generally bonus heavy or not at that level? I’ve tried La Roche Posay Anthelios Kids Gentle Lotion SPF 50 and then switched to Innisfree.. but my son is allergic to both and develops rashes on his face. It’s getting expensive to keep experimenting with multiple sunscreens just for patch testing. Mineral sunscreens unfortunately don’t work well for us either. they leave a white cast on brown skin. Any suggestions for a gentle, non irritating sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast?

Trying to think about putting money in a DAF. My taxable income last year was 250k, this year it’s around 700k, and next year around 550-600k. In my head, it’s a lot of work to try and do an optimization problem to see if it makes sense to front load my charitable giving for 2-3 years in a DAF this year to lower the taxable income, vs keeping it spread out. About $20k per year (or $60k up front). Has anyone navigated this before?
