Hi all, I'm currently a Senior Con in the TC Platforms Team. I was recently on a short BC stint where I was helping one of the Managers on a Business Case, and it was GENUINELY a great experience. There was lots of mind stimulating work and I was busy all day, and there was much to learn; how businesses organise themselves and how this specific industry works. All in all 9/10. And Manager was great too. REALLY nice. Now, I'm just wondering if there is anyway I can try to move from TC to BC?

Asking for advice: Recently received an offer from MBB and need to sign soon. I am also in the final round interviews this week with some bulge bracket banks and PE firms. Should I accept the MBB offer first, then potentially renege if I get the BB/PE offer? Or would MBB allow for extension of offer signing? Not exactly sure what to do here. Just received an offer for a PM role at Capital One Salary Band provided: $179.7k - $205.1k Two questions for the C1 folks: Negotiation: Has anyone successfully negotiated to the top of this band ($205k) or above recently? HR is claiming the top is a "hard ceiling." Comp Structure: Is it true there are no RSUs/LTI at the Manager level? Is the only lever for negotiation Base?

How does TC differ between the UK and Switzerland at the Principal / Partner position for T2/MBB? Curious as there is a fair amount of data in Glassdoor showing that there is a pretty significant gap in TC up until the EM/SEM level (even more so if accounting for the tax differences) but there is significantly less data for Principals and Partners

14 months in MBB, no prior full time experience. Got an offer from a Series A startup (top-tier VC, PMF, would join the growth team). Hours would be the same (70% of business team is ex-MBB team). Promotion odds if I stay are 50/50 What are the pros and cons I should weight? What is the playbook to maximize success if I join them?
