Hello, Actuellement Manager (M1) en Big 4 à 68k fixe +10% variable, je vais passer des entretiens pour d'autres cabinets hors big 4 (CapGemini Invent, BearingPoint, etc.) au sein des équipes Strat IT/M&A IT. Vous savez si les rémunérations sont plus élevées que les classiques "Transfo digitale" en big 4 ? Je sais que la strat paye mieux, mais là on parle de strat IT dans des cabinets moins "reconnus" que les big 4, donc je suis pas certain que les grilles de salaire soient plus élevées.

Where are the digital pipeline jobs? Been in the digital pipeline since 2012 and worked steadily till the end of last year when i got laid off. Seems like jobs in the fulfillment end of encoding houses are going away to automation. Not much out there, but when I see things pop up that I am qualified for (even at times overqualified), submit applications/resumes and nothing happens. It's been a long time since I've been in the job market. And it's scary quiet out there.

I was moved to Digital department from Finance as my finance manager had issues with language and left me out of department communications. Now after 1.5 years my firm is putting pressure on me that i am not so suitable for digital as my knowledge is from finance. I am stuck and not sure what to do. i like work here i have been contributing to work. my renewal is due and worry they may ask me to leave.

I landed a 6 week project, and I am excited to get started but, I have already been through three onboarding analysis. Does it keep going or does paid work actually happen. Suggestions on photo storage and organization options? I’ve got digital pictures from pre-kid days (think 00’s), early kid days (2010s), and a ton now … spread across my computer, maxed out Google Photos and iCloud, and phones. Having a hard time even finding something consistently. And windows Photos app has …. become less useful and unwieldy lately. What do folks use?

How important is tech fluency across different roles today at other compnies? I’m actively building confidence in this area and want to be prepared!
