What is one thing about your profession or job that you wish everyone knew? For us in pharmacy, especially in the retail world, people don't understand why it can take us a while to get your medicine. It's because it's not just pouring pills in a bottle. We are checking to make sure that your dosage is right, the medicine is right for your condition, and that the drug won't interact with anything else you take. What is your experience in your job?

Why is it that as a Sr.IT PM with 25+ years experience in Pharma it’s so hard to get to that next level? No one will know everything, Now places are also looking for multiple years of experience of hands on development but don’t take into consideration all the experience working with different technologies. It’s like business acumen is irrelevant. Frustrating
