Hey everyone, looking for some Fishbowl wisdom. I just had an interview with Capgemini for a Senior Manager role, right now I’m at Accenture as a Lead Product Owner (L9). They basically said they love the ambition, but I’m not quite at the Senior Manager mark for them, so they’d slot me in as a Management Consultant at about £95k. Now I’m wondering: do I take another consulting gig with a slight title shift, or hold off for something more in-house that matches exactly what I want? Capgemini

Hi, I’m looking for clarification on the Capgemini salary grading system, particularly within Capgemini Engineering. An offer has been made for an engineer Consultant role, assigned grade A4, with a salary in the mid 50s. Consultant roles are often associated with B grades, which has caused me some confusion. Although the salary is competitive, my job title seems to be analyst grade rather than a consultant - which isn’t what I applied originally. Is it common for consultants to start on the A4

Capgemini Invent North America just lost another really good junior consultant because the company is unwilling to make merit-based (out of cycle) promotions and adapt its talent management model to current trends and employee sentiment — despite the never-ending barrage of pulse surveys. And yet, it continues to overpay for experienced hires with limited experience in digital/tech transformation — our primary value prop. Unfortunate.

I've been very happy at CAPS. It's a great environment with wonderful people. Their expectations are clear, we have regular routine communications and great benefits like staff points and team building opportunities on a regular basis. The leadership really does want the business and their staff to succeed and are also flexible with my needs within reason. I know what is expected of me and get education to keep doing things correctly for our patients who are amazing.

CAPS truly feels like family. The culture is team-oriented, supportive, and grounded in respect. Leadership genuinely cares about their staff—not just as employees, but as people. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, clear communication, and pride in the work being done. You’re supported, valued, and encouraged to grow, which makes all the difference. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that puts both patients and staff first.

Interviewing at frog, part of Capgemini Invent passed the first round and now waiting for the second interview to be scheduled… for over 1.5 months! Recruiter said they are going through some restructuring of their wider talent mngmt team. I have my assignments ready but at this point I’m losing hope, haven’t heard from them in 3 weeks. Recruiter was always so good with updates and now I’m getting nothing. What’s up

Have Capgemini released their offers for the Invent Associate Consultant Position in Chicago? It's well past the time when they said they'd do so but I haven't received any updates after the final round interview. Are they the type to ghost candidates after decisions are made?

How do exit opportunities at Capgemini work? Being offered a big jump in both pay and level there, but wondering if I will limit my exit opportunities compared to with Accenture? Insights from people having experienced same boat will be helpful

Can someone please shed light on Maternity Policy at Capgemini? Are you eligible for 26 weeks from day 1 or after probation ends? Also, read about 15k fertility benefit, does it have an eligibility criteria like numbers of years with the company? TIA

Is there a big difference between Capgemini and Capgemini Invent? Pay, pension, bonus, wlb, progression? Have been offered a Lead Product Manager role in the public sector at Senior Manager grade
