If Venus Williams is having issues with health insurance, what hope do the rest of us have? She’s literally a global icon with money, influence, and a platform and even she’s struggling to get the care she needs without jumping through hoops. I can’t stop thinking about how many people are silently suffering because they don’t have her access. We talk about healthcare like it’s a system, but for most people, it feels like a battlefield. If this is how we treat a legend, what does that say about the rest of us? How do we even begin to fix this?

I feel that working in Health Care in every aspect of all jobs in offices to hospitals doesn't pay if you're non certified , just because you don't have that status I feel all non union workers should be paid adequately our jobs are just as important as too everyone that is certified , they would have to do everything by themselves...... to pay people for their value is more fair due to we have important jobs also , especially our front of house staff , our 1st contact with all patients

Very concerned and strained with the way healthcare is headed in the US. I love what I do, or I wouldn't have committed to passing my PTCB board exam to earn my National Rx Tech license. But, I've struggled more finding decent work (now that I have experience and licensure to show for) than when I started in pharmacy 4 years ago. Any suggestions on how to get better pay within the field? At least until I can get back on my feet financially to finish college. - a seemingly hopeless worker :(

Vail Health is awesome. But the security department, not so much. I enjoyed working closely with all the different departments, but the security department contained many toxic personality traits that need to be removed in order to meet VH’s mission statement. Two Specialists in particular who work nights just need to go as they are the definition of terrible people. Irregardless, Vail Health is an excellent place to work. It is a privilege to work here.

It infuriates me how bad the healthcare system is nowadays for example, I have got to continuously advocate for my grandmother. I cannot believe the kind of caretakers they call themselves who are in charge of her care when I am the one who essentially got her to the hospital because that’s where she needed to be yet none of her visiting nurses Assessed a problem now she’s been admitted for two weeks and had heart surgery. I mean this is so bad out there guys!!!
