Anyone here have experience with Celonis Inc.? They’ve been reaching out to me for years, and I finally took the call. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great — the conversation felt more like an interrogation, ran 20 minutes over, and the recruiter wouldn’t give a straight answer on compensation. The initial range they hinted at was far below market, and they avoided addressing total comp expectations directly.

Anyone interviewed with Celonis Inc? Just had a pre-screen with a recruiter. I was quizzed about the company at the start of the call. I told the recruiter my cursory understanding and that I had hoped to learn more about the company from him, as is typical for a pre-screen. He argued with me that this was disqualifying and became incredibly unprofessional, rejecting me to my face. Aren’t recruiters supposed to market the company during the prescreen?
