My comp is up for review this year and I want to make sure mine is in the market ballpark. Can be hard to know in a black box. Seeking comp data points for non-equity track NEPs (i.e. the deal/expectation is that you stay NEP). Would be helpful to know your graduating year and breakdown of salary/bonus, if you're willing to share. Feel free to message me. Thanks! FYI I know there are a lot of variables that go into comp when you age out of the lock step scale. Just looking for a sampling.

Would love advice from points pros on what’s the best option here: Some background: CSR user and currently sitting on around 900k points Moved out of NYC to a small town years ago so the additional benefits don’t impact me (DoorDash, Lyft, etc) Don’t typically book hotels when I travel (stay with friends) but I do utilize Priority Pass and my Global Entry benefits Also cheap AF so not interested in spending $1k/night on hotels or flying biz for a 7 hour flight, unless it’s truly a bargain.

Billing is an art and I'm drawing stick figures. I'm terrible at catching time, especially time spent reviewing files so I can do check-ins, short email responses, task/deadline management, etc. Managing partner has a magic brain that retains info like no joke, but I typically have to check the file and "relearn" where the case is before I can do X. How can I capture more time and make it clear to a client that the "quick" task reasonably took .3 or .4? And/or any billing guides to share?

I'm trying to use aeroplan to book etihad business class to get to Doha, Qatar in Nov 2026 (F1 race) and everything online says to check 330 days before the flight but I can't find anyyyy flights. I've been checking at 7pm eastern (per instructions by AI lol) but also have checked periodically throughout the day. I've looked at different departing sites, flexible dates etc. How do u all do this?!!!?? According to google, the business class flight should be 90k aeroplan per person

I’m working on a privacy-first desktop app to help professionals track and organize their career accomplishments. The idea is simple: Log wins quickly Keep data local & private Smart help to turn notes into clear, interview-ready stories From a PM / strategy / ops perspective — would a tool like this actually make reviews or promo packets easier for you? I’m considering offering it as a one-time paid app, but right now I’m mainly looking for honest feedback.

I’ve been at this front desk for six months, and lately my manager is treating me like a full-blown concierge. I’m booking private tours and handling dinner reservations on top of checking people in, but my check looks exactly the same. Is this just standard, or am I being taken advantage of? It feels like way too much extra work for the same hourly rate.

Should I actually use my points or hold on to them? I've been reading about points inflation, and I guess it really isn't smart to not use your points before devaluation makes them worth much smaller experiences or services than they are now. How do you find your sweet spot with spending and saving your points? I could use some guidance.
