This company has multiple healthcode violations in our location but offers decent pay once you move up in to management. I'm having a hard time reconciling these issues as an employee but would like to help be a force for good in getting this place turned around. What would y'all do. Our job market is very limited in this town so it's hard to find something new. I've been debating on reporting them to the health department but am torn as I can't afford to lose pay if the business shuts down

Due to the nature of my last job, I had to leave. It was loud, fast paced with time constraints and long hours. Sadly, I was unable to perform the role. Can anyone suggest agencies that can help the neurodivergent community or, even better, job roles. My background (20 plus years) was mainly as a support role in Insurance industry (EA). I'm a fast learner, detail oriented, hard worker. I just need the right type of environment to thrive. Any advice would be appreciated.

What kind of jobs do folks in this group have? What kind of companies, organizations, and law firms (with as much specificity as you’d like)? I do environmental work in big law (mostly project siting and related litigation, but also some deal work). I am looking to pivot. I am interested in doing regulatory compliance for a company or some sort of environmental consulting group, but I’m also curious to see what else is out there. Thank you!
