      The Worklife Bowl

This is a song which is tuned to the fibonacci sequence and 432 hz energy vibration. The fibonacci sequence is present at all levels in the universe. It is part of something called Sacred Geometry. It is in galaxies, weather systems, fossils, human DNA, snails shells, and much more. If you meditate to this enough times, then you can actually feel evolutionary/electromagnetic energy moving up the spinal column. This activates the chakras/human energcy centers/ human endocrine glands. Song Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Llbewm4_JA&list=RD9Llbewm4_JA&start_radio=1

Hey ladies, I need some uplifting. I NEVER imagined I’d be facing down a decision to do IVF. My mom had 3 kids in 4 years, ending at age 35. My grandma had my dad in the 50s at age 40. I’m 36 and been TCT for 1.5 years. 2 IUIs, many letrozole cycles, and even acupunture. The toughest part for me…I’m a practicing Catholic. I am so worried about if we have extra embryos and what to do with them. If you went down this path, how did you handle it mentally? TIA. I’m progressive on a lot of issues bu

Help. I have a two year boy and 5 month daughter. The boy has been sleep trained since he was 4 months old . He is a GREAT sleeper, goes down by 830pm and usually wakes up around 7-730am. The infant would go down around 8pm and wake up around 7am. But in the last two weeks, he is getting up everyday now 6-630am 🥴and also sometime also sometime wake up in the middle of the nightt crying. And she is waking up around 2am for a feeding. We notice that this start happening when we got back from TX.

My 6.5m old is pulling up in the bedside bassinet. We want to transition him to the crib and room share with his almost 3 year old sibling. The issue is the infant is not sleep trained yet and wakes up at least once in the middle of the night. Sleep training has been rough and he’s just not getting it. We just don’t have enough space for another room and there’s no space to move the crib to our bedroom. Anyone had similar experience that can share what worked for them and where do I even begin?

We moved and so have a different OB than my first pregnancy. Current OB utilizes her MA way more than my prior OB, which is generally fine but has caused some issues lately. Trying to guage if my expectations are off: is it normal if u were waiting on some test results and when they came an appointment was scheduled only with the medical assistant who delivered the diagnosis of gestational hypertension and said you now needed to immediately schedule a 37 week induction and go on full bedrest?

My 3 year old wakes up every morning, around 6, very very upset saying he wants a cuddle from mom and dad. Like, crying uncontrollably. We want him to stay in his bed till 7. We have given him toys in his bed, a book, tried a grow clock, everything! We’ve talked to him about what to do if he wakes up before the grow clock turns on and he seems to understand but then doesn’t do it when he wakes up. Has anyone experienced this? What can we do?

Anyone have a velamentous cord insertion? Found out I have one at my 20 week ultrasound, and MFM dr said it means the umbilical cord is attached at the side of the placenta, but didn’t mention exposed blood vessels which I’m reading about after googling. I was already being closely monitored bc of IVF and age so no changes there. I’m a little worried! Dr mentioned potential growth restriction as the pregnancy goes on (growth is good now) but otherwise didn’t seem super concerned?

I’m 34 weeks pregnant with baby 2. OB asked for my birth plan preferences. Curious how many other mamas experienced similar and have any advice for advocation? My delivery with baby 1 was uncomplicated - but had never met the delivery doctors, they were so pushy/rushing me, insisted I lay on my back with knees wide (tried asking for side laying / knees close feet out but they refused) and manually stretched my vag until it tore / baby was born.. it was so unnecessary.

I started my current job in January with an Aerospace company. The interview process & hands on test I was given is nothing to what I am working on. What I thought was going to be exciting working on electronics, PCBAs ; re-work & repair has primarily been bonding fasteners. Then you add the mandatory OT, which makes my wake up at 03:00 to make in at 05:00 even more agonizing. The days drag and my head space spins in doubt. What did I get myself into here ?

I wanted to add that there is a scene in Nurse Jackie that actually happened to me. When I first graduated I bought a cardiac stethoscope and draped it around my neck like all the cool people did. A doctor came by and asked if he could borrow it. He didn't give it back and I was too shy to ask for it back. One night he was dozing off at the nurses station and I very carefully lifted it off from his neck and reclaimed it
