      Who loves dogs?

      VP of Marketing
      7mo

Hi all- recently lost my dog and am not ready to commit to another. Going through IVF and waiting to see how that pans out. I ran into a neighbor and said how much I missed my dog- I said I’m available if she needs someone to dog sit while she travels. If she reaches out to me, is this a free service I am providing or can I charge a small fee? I was in the moment and I truly do want to help out but realized her travels may be longer than normal trips where compensation may be appropriate.

There's this coworker that's super tardy, always 30-40 minutes late for his shift, acts like a one man show in a team environment and still messes things up, he's always in a argument with existing workers and even new workers that just came in less than two week. With that the manager thought this is a person that should be promoted to a supervisor role. There was an audit and he handled raw meat then went on to handle cooked food and he was immediately stop by the auditor and things got bad.

Interviewed w/Woofies of N. Dallas. Was told salary on Indeed posting was incorrect.! Next, interviewed with trainer and could not hear 3/4 of what she said due to poor internet connection! Owner texted me 2 hours later saying he hired someone for the full time position but would I consider working part time for 1/4 of the original salary or be a dog sitter for them? If they treat potential employees this poorly, can you imagine their lack of professionalism and respect for our fur babies??

Working with a resi agent right now on a transaction and want to share some things for resi agents who try to do CRE deals. 1. CRE brokers don’t usually work on the weekends. Most things can wait till Mon. 2. Our offers are LOIs. There is not a set template. 3. Lenders cannot preapprove commercial loans. 4. Ask the CRE broker if you’re unsure. I’d rather have a newer agent than someone who blows up a deal guessing. 5. Sellers do not care about the buyer’s passion. They care about money.

Good morning, Fishbowl! I was wondering if anyone at McKinsey & Company would be willing to chat about a potential referral to the Defense and Security team. There is a role open for a Specialist and I’m curious about shifting from Deloitte. My experience in the Federal space has focused on space clients delivering a blend of analytics, program management, and cyber services. From researching the leaders in Denver and seeing a focus on space, I’m highly interested in learning more.

Been working at Trailfinders for nearly 2 years. We have some of the most amazing staff and the perks of the job are like no other. Seeing the world first hand and supported by manager MIke C makes this job a travellers dream. All staff are full of craic with treats/deals and supplier nights, there is always something going on. Although the odd strike and weather issues can make this job stressful, trailfinders support all of their staff through the hard times and the good.

      Job Searching in Accounting

      Staff Accountant

Anyone know Wise Wolves Group? They seem like obscure crypto bros and one of their recruiters just reached out to me because they're opening a US office. No clue what that brings but apparently they're looking for an accountant who's fluent in russian and english (hence that linkedin DM). But simultaneously, Cyprus and crypto bros means I'd like to make sure I don't end up on Laci Mosley's podcast.
