      Consulting

      works at McKinsey & Company

Omg technology is going to take my job. I just discovered you can move text from one slide to another without re-typing it and my anxiety is through the roof. I used to spend hours manually transferring bullet points. Since Microsoft released this “copy/paste,” it takes three seconds. If this "clipboard" tech takes off, what is actually left for us to do? This is probably what’s tanking Accenture’s stock price. Is anyone else freaking out?

Department of veteran affairs call centers contact centers and remote work. I just started in a remote position and I am not so sure I want to stay. I love the idea of working from home, but I find some of the calls extremely difficult. They call volume is not that bad but the main part of the job which is enrollment is very time-consuming and it gives me anxiety. I was wondering is there anyone out there that works in a contact center that can recommend one with a variety of schedules and that

Is anyone else trapped under superiors who view technological literacy as an optional hobby? I’m tired of being told to work smarter, not harder by partners who don't know how to use Ctrl+F. Management drops a mountain of unorganized discovery on your desk at 4 PM, tells you to stay efficient, and then complains when the hours pile up. They want the speed of modern technology but cling to the workflows of the 1990s because they don't understand how data mapping works.

Luckily enough to still work remote, does anyone else struggle working at coffee shops or on the go? I like the idea of it, but once I sit down I feel like everyone can see my screen and judge every click It’s hard to focus when you feel watched the whole time. How do you make it work privacy screens headphones mindset or just not caring?

I’m a Registered Dental Assistant with 3 years of experience, licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee, and also radiology certified along with my CPR license.
