I would really appreciate it if someone could review my CV and provide honest feedback. I have been applying for jobs, but unfortunately, I am not getting responses or interview calls. I would like to understand what might be missing or incorrect in my CV and how I can improve it according to industry standards. My field: Construction / Site Supervisor Experience: 10 years (Building Construction, Site Supervision) Any suggestions regarding CV format, skills, or improvements would be 😞😇😇

I am 59 and my cv will cross every competator globally in every position on it but the problm is that what employer can understand that? Recently I applied to a UK organization on my legal professional position after grasping their criteria. During pendency of my application, I got during our communications that the assessors of my application were lacking the assessment and analytical skills. I also came to know from the profile of some of the assessment team that they were having simply(see C)

I have been an instructor on the postsecondary level for more than a decade, but I am not an academic. I come out of Work World and bring a wealth of career experience in my field IRL. I have what has been termed a "portfolio master's," with in-depth knowledge over that full career. I do not have an academic master's degree. Two universities and two community colleges have hired me without the advanced degree. I have relocated and seek to add a fifth institution of higher learning to my CV.

Mainly for PE or buy side advisory aligned / focused folks: How are you guys laying out your resume? Really need to update mine. I have plenty of stuff to make a typical performance improvement resume (think for apps to ops teams on the buy side). But I also have a shit ton of CDD experience under my belt, and I always struggle to bring it to life on my resume. Do you guys lay it out almost like a deal sheet? Curious how others highlight CDD work.

I have been applying for Geologist and Geotechnical Engineering positions for the past 4 years in Qatar, but I have not received any interview invitations. I include my personal photo in my cv, work experience, training certificates, and university transcripts. Some friends suggested that I should switch to an ATS-friendly CV format and remove extra documents like certificates and my photo. Based on your experience: Could my CV format be the reason I am not getting interviews?

I am currently a first-year physiology student at Colorado Christian University and hold a certification in Dental Assisting, a field in which I have gained four years of experience. As I pursue my studies at CCU, I am actively seeking employment opportunities related to my degree. However, I find myself uncertain about how to effectively construct my resume. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice on how to begin this process. Thank you for your assistance.

When a candidate provides a CV rather than a resume, or the other way around, what do you do with their application? I know some people do not always know there is a difference between the two, or they are applying across different countries where terms vary. Do you take a moment to review it anyway, or does it affect how you view their application? Just wondering how much these small things actually matter in the decision process.

Hello all! Currently looking for a role in Control/Systems engineering, over 7 years experience and have worked in a wide range of environments. Applied for a few jobs and I do believe my CV is clear, concise and informative. I have not been in the hunt for a new job that long but I don't seem to be garnering interest. is there any advice to statements, key words that I should be using?! or should I just be more patient?

I’ve been looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support role since last year. I’ve had interviews, some went silent, some involved 4 stages, and I’ve seen offers as low as £30k. It’s made me question whether it’s my CV or how I’m positioning myself. I have 6+ years’ experience across Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SCCM, virtualisation and endpoint security. If anyone can review my CV and offer honest feedback, I’d really appreciate it
