I’ve been looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support role since last year. I’ve had interviews, some went silent, some involved 4 stages, and I’ve seen offers as low as £30k. It’s made me question whether it’s my CV or how I’m positioning myself.
I have 6+ years’ experience across Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SCCM, virtualisation and endpoint security.
