Currently 3 years in FDD and wanting to explore other options. I see some cool positions like strategic finance at Airbnb and Hilton but im getting at least 25k even after im only 4 years out of school. Would this difference keep expanding the more I get experienced and harder to get out of FDD? I like the work in FDD and the pay, but not sure if I can handle the manager/director level workload. Im a person that is on PWD and I was hoping to get advise on how, do or say I have been searching for a job since I graduated out of high school all my life its been tough because when people hear oh this person has disabilities they treat me so poorly that people dont give me a chance to show that I can learn new things and also dont trust me at all. How do I show people im a really good person and willing to work hard if they dont even give me a chance to prove to them that I can do things?

I have got a Job offer at Contango in Abu Dhabi, ADQ. The pay offered is good and I have close to 10 years of experience However, I've read that the place is chaotic, toxic, lesser room for being able to voice your opinions, concerns, lesser freedom / autonomy, work-life balance also depends on the project you're on (public sector is good, others are bad). Background is FDD > what was described as FP&A + CorpDev when I accepted the job offer. Company has not been acquisitive and therefore I am not getting any CorpDev exposure. I started a new job a wk ago. I’m working w/ a Case Management System I’ve never used & rcv’d minimal training on. My attorney is very seasoned. He’s also quite condescending not only to me, but to my coworker as well. He told us both we were working too slow & we needed to get our shit together. On top of that I walked in to over a dozen files on which NOM to extend DED have to be filed by next Wed. Any suggestions?

The problem is I don't have a lot of exposure in valuation/ modelling (even though I was told I could get some, our deals department is not big).
