I got 2 offers for Data Engineer role CCTC: 11.5 lpa (10.5 fixed+ 1 vp) Yoe-3 1. From a startup organisation, but as per them I would be working at the client's office and they offered CTC: 18 LPA (16.2 L fixed + 1.8 L variable) but have to WFO all 5 days 2. From Trinity life sciences, where I would be working on a product they said they can offer me 16 lpa (14.4 L fixed+ 1.6L variable)- Hybrid 3 days WFO I'm kinda confused about job security n stuff while thinking of going for a start up

I know startups these days are tech focused, anyone interested in something more physical? I am looking at an agricultural co-op based on Italian models, where farmers pool capital and own the entire value chain. Either small specialty dairy or meat farms where output is process in a co-op facility and then sold either DTC or wholesale. This means no middleman squeezing the farmers and much higher margins for them. can still have same corporate style benefits like insurance, PTO, etc..

I’m in the later stage of a job offer (just waiting on background check) to join SAIC. I’ll be supporting a large federal contract. I’d love any feedback you might have. My past experience is with small consulting firms but large/high vis contracts leading communications. This will be with a defense agency. I am well aware that federal consulting is a steaming hot dumpster fire so more so looking for general knowledge that I wouldn’t find elsewhere online. TIA
