Since Google and Microsoft scans and reads all the documents we put on their online storage such as Google drive , what are best paid or free alternatives to store your financial documents online. I don't want Google to have any knowledge of important stuff in my life. Any secure and trustworthy services. Last option is to store on local drives with multiple backup drives but those are all prone to failure,theft and hacking

I'd like to post a concern about a tech company called Pure Storage, out of Santa Clara, CA. I've heard from multiple people, and experienced it myself, that they have job applicants do a sample project that is very detailed and take much longer than the typical 1 hour or so most companies do. They allegedly then use the "sample project" instead of hiring staff or paying for the work. You've been warned!! Avoid Pure Storage!

Suggestions on photo storage and organization options? I’ve got digital pictures from pre-kid days (think 00’s), early kid days (2010s), and a ton now … spread across my computer, maxed out Google Photos and iCloud, and phones. Having a hard time even finding something consistently. And windows Photos app has …. become less useful and unwieldy lately. What do folks use?

I plan to make a portfolio over the next month or so and start applying towards the beginning of the year. What positions should I look for? I have a diploma of Higher Education in Physics and 6 years if experience working in finance across various areas. I have done as many free courses as possible but without paying or going back to university I am struggling to find a way in, Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
