Want some validation / reassurance / advice on next steps: 31M, HCOL city, $42K in cash savings, ~$450K in retirements (401k/IRAs) - spent a big chunk of cash ($25K) on an engagement ring recently and worried I'm not in great liquid financial shape. I have been watching companies like Robinhood and Coinbase (among others) to see what products they develop since they currently can pivot faster than your big banks like Chase or PNC. Robinhood has a product for that offers staking for ETH. One of the catches is Robinhood takes 25% of the “profit” from the staking. 25% seems high - like highway robbery high. It's really hard to tell the difference between an entitled person and a person who is just good at advocating for themselves and for their needs. I have to admit that some candidates who talk as if them getting the role is them doing the company a favor don't always get a green flag from me. Could I be hurting my chances at finding gems by judging their assertiveness wrongly?

Are any of you prohibited from wearing any kind of jewelry at your job? I’m thinking for ex, someone who oersted machinery or equipment might be discouraged from wearing jewelry.
