Hey 🐠 I’m going through the application process for a consultant role at Insigniam - an Elixirr Company. Reviews at Insigniam appear positive on Glassdoor but poor for Elixirr itself. Can anyone share insights / experiences between the two entities or shed light on whether there’s any difference in culture and management?

Avoid EY (and other Big 4 / 5 audit/consulting firms). The glory days of these firms are long gone, and they are only filled with self certified Linkedin lifesytyle coaches - that's it. Their core product was IP, and that's now available at the drop of a prompt. The leaders are as real as the tooth fairy!

Is EY-Parthenon still a T2 comparable to Oliver Wyman, Kearney , Strategy& ? Or are they closer to Deloitte and Accenture. Spoke with someone there saying they do strategy consulting but I’m not so sure anymore.
