      - TAAG Angola is once again a major player for Justplanes, with the debut of the beautiful A220. There is no need to describe the beauty of the chosen destinations, with their evocative approaches. The director, whom we discover to be the great Mylos, was able to zoom in with the camera on the most beautiful details of the cockpit, to follow the masterful explanation given by the crew.       For Deloitte people, I have Anthem PPO and tried calling Optum to enroll in Bright Beginnings their fertility support program. They said they don’t handle enrollments and redirected me to Anthem. Anthem said they don’t handle enrollments and first directed me back to Optum and then told me to talk to Deloitte benefits. Deloitte benefits gave me the same Optum number to call. HOW can I enroll? Hoping to start my IVF journey soon and need to enroll to get insurance benefits.

      My exec basically becomes a different person once they’re in the air. They’ll text me from the airport in a panic like, “Wait, what hotel am I at?” even though I’ve emailed everything three times. So now I send a master doc labeled “PRINT THIS” with every single detail in bold, just to preempt the travel chaos. Honestly, it’s saved us both more than once. What’s your go-to travel trick for keeping execs on track while they’re off the grid?

      Jumping ship on startups. Currently at a Series C, 300 TC, VHCOL but no shot at being GC, 5x a week in office, and had to move out of state. Have an offer to go back home to my hometown, LCOL, 250k TC, title downgrade but will be the head of the division, 1-3x in office (no one cares apparently), pubco (but international, so traded on a foreign market). Any reason to stay in start up land? I have some equity, but not yacht-money lol.

Describe your step-by-step process for planning their entire itinerary (travel, internal/external engagements) to ensure productivity and manage jet lag.

      Does anyone have any great new client onboarding processes they would share? It feels like we just “get to work” without any real client relationship building or proper team start. I have heard that some agencies have engaging onboarding programs and would love to hear about them. One client told me their last agency had an immersion day with teambuilding exercises, cooking demonstrations and more at a lodge.

      Onboarding a new exec is like learning a new dialect of English. Some want hyper-detailed notes, others hate emails longer than two sentences. One needs daily check-ins, another thinks meetings are a waste of time. I swear I could publish a guidebook on their quirks, moods, and lunch preferences. Do you write it all down for future assistants or just pray the next person figures it out like you did?

      Mid level associate going to lateral from V10 lit to Quinn Emanuel. Excited but interested if anybody can give some insight into onboarding for laterals at Quinn (e.g. how long, any training, etc.) or any helpful advice for someone who is coming from a firm that seems much more “structured” (at least based on interactions with attorneys and HR so far).

      So I have an offer from amazon and I was supposed to join by the end of November but I have been not onboarded yet and they are giving the reason due to layoffs and restructure there is a delay of new joiners onboarding i mean should I wait is this True can anyone confirm this news?

      HELP! Being asked to work on 3-5 month implementation project with travel every other week and I’m not interested (having just finished a 2-month travel project). Already looking for a new job and this might push me to just quit and travel/continue my job search. Any advice?
