Hi, all! I am curious how one might gracefully navigate the conversation around work authorization. I recently joined an Early Talent team whose client is unable to offer sponsorship to students eligible for CPT/OPT. They have built in disclaimers into the application about what classifies as needing sponsorship but some students are genuinely confused and believe they have work authorization in the US due to their school sponsoring their visa so they opt that they do not require sponsorship.

      PR and Communications

Hey there, I’m wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out a bit. I’ve been preparing my O-1 visa case with my lawyer and I’m currently looking for sponsorship. If anyone knows of a company who could be interested in an award-winning (mainly B2B PR, startups, scaleups, a few big corporates and American companies) comms and PR professional with more than a decade of experience (agency and in-house roles), I’d be very grateful for any tips or introductions. I’m currently based in Europe.

For Deloitte people, I have Anthem PPO and tried calling Optum to enroll in Bright Beginnings their fertility support program. They said they don’t handle enrollments and redirected me to Anthem. Anthem said they don’t handle enrollments and first directed me back to Optum and then told me to talk to Deloitte benefits. Deloitte benefits gave me the same Optum number to call. HOW can I enroll? Hoping to start my IVF journey soon and need to enroll to get insurance benefits.

Curious if anyone at JPMorgan in non-sponsorship roles (Associate/Sr. Associate) recently (2026) has navigated alternative work authorization pathway especially Day1CPT after joining. If yes, any preferred universities? I am not seeking legal advice—just practical insight on whether this is handled via HR immigration, manager discussions, or generally a non-starter, and how to approach it without unnecessarily jeopardizing employment. Firsthand experiences appreciated.

I’ve led internal comms strategies, launched Viva Engage from scratch, and collaborated daily with international teams. I’m looking for a fully remote Europe-based role with a company that can support visa sponsorship. How can i do so ?

Wanting to do a global rotation / deployment from a US office to the London office. I’m an SC here, I’ve worked in financial advisory, now consulting, for about 4 years now (started as an analyst). Has anyone done this? What was your experience? Curious about the process, how easy / hard it is to achieve, salary details (I know it’s a big drop), etc.

Hi fellows! If you haven't already joined the 'Faith & Allies' and Christian network at Deloitte, this is your encouragement to do so! You can join searching the communities through Viva Engage or Dnet. I recently found out that Deloitte (and Accenture) have faith groups you can participate in the company 🥳

One of the team members from BCG who worked on the Gaza plan has now moved to the entity that works in the humanitarian space https://www.linkedin.com/in/claire-eichinger?utm_source=share&utm_campaign=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_medium=ios_app so I guess it wasn’t a “partner only endeavour” after all

Can anyone speak to A&M’s Working Capital group? It looks like it’s part of the PEPI service line, but wondering what the day to day looks like, where does most of this group sit geographically, and how much travel do they do? Also, is this a possible exit from big 4 FDD?

How many of you have taken on travel contracts within your profession? I've always wanted to do that, but never made the plunge. What are the pluses and minuses to doing this? Did you enjoy it? And what kind of opportunities are out there?
