      Tech Sales

      Senior Sales Representative
      11mo

I am a top 1%er at a payroll company in the SMB space and looking to make a move. My fear is to make the same/ more $ that companies want reps with enterprise experience.. almost as if SMB is entry level and enterprise is experienced, but I have almost 20 yrs in sales across a few industries. I’ve applied for a few roles and thought my resume would speak for itself but haven’t heard anything back yet. I’ve been with this company 8 yrs so have been out of the job hunt awhile. Any advice?

’m an SMB AE and starting to seriously consider moving into Enterprise sales, but honestly, the longer deal cycles freak me out a little. Enterprise feels like fewer shots on goal, more internal politics, and months of work that can disappear with one budget freeze. At the same time, I don’t want to look up in two years and realize I stalled my growth because I stayed comfortable. For those of you who’ve made the jump, was it actually worth it? What surprised you most once you were in it?

I am very excited to share that I have officially started my new career with enterprise mobility as part of their sales management trainee program! And I can honestly say it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. From the first interview through the whole interview process to the start of day one it’s been an exciting and enjoyable experience to learn about this amazing company and how amazing all the employees are and now that I can say and call them my colleagues it’s been the best!

      Job Hunting in Tech

      Consultant
      2mo

Anyone looking for exit opportunities to a non-tech field? I am so burnt out I am done with the corporate AI hellscape my job has become. I am looking at a farm co-op based on Italian models, where farmers pool capital and own the entire value chain. Small specialty dairy or meat farms where output is processed in co-op facility, sold DTC or wholesale. This means no middleman squeezing them and higher margins for farmers. Can still have same corporate style benefits like insurance, PTO, etc..

Would love some recommendations on areas to consider living/working as someone in enterprise technology. My wife and I are currently fully remote with an HHI of about 330-350k. We currently reside in Denver but are evaluating a move to the West Cost, this was prompted by a number of interesting job conversations I've had this year all located in CA/WA. My wife would keep her ~120 OTE remote role and I would be vying for something more COL appropriate. Appreciate any perspectives.

      Career Pivot

I value this space for brutal truth. Esp in this era of gen ai telling you only what you want to hear. At the end of the day, my industry is so small I am stuck currently between two options: A small solo enterprise that is difficult to scale, and gaping holes in my skills to fill. Or. Shifting to a new career path where there is zero faith in the corporate systems. Big companies are no longer offering job security, small companies no longer boast dexterity. Both require a total pivot.

Looking for a technical co-founder/CTO to join a stealth B2B SaaS startup in the enterprise AI space. (AI-driven revenue orchestration). Ideal partner is hands-on, scrappy, and entrepreneurial — comfortable helping us get from proof of concept to product-market fit, with expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures (LangGraph, MCP, A2A), and scaling systems from prototype to enterprise-grade. Equity-driven role with the potential to grow into full-time as we secure funding.

I have over 10+ in Project Management and have worked for 4 years as a senior PM for another ATS organization. I am currently based in the MidWest of the US. What are the average salary ranges to expect for an Enterprise Imp Manager at PinPoint? If there are any Implementation Managers at PinPoint, that can weigh in, I would greatly appreciate you! Thanks! :-)

It’s just my official day at my branch 55A2 Enterprise Mobility. I know this may be early but I am already enjoying my team. I’m learning so much from each of them. The support and encouragement is so refreshing. They makes me feel so welcome already. Enterprise is definitely a company who cares and value their employees and customers. A true HIDDEN GEM. It‘s not talked about enough. From the corporate space to on down. 🤍🤍
