Talking about entitled customers, some customers call companies just to get money. At our bank, many expect compensation for simply calling about an issue, because it worked before. This one guy bought something from a scam site, filed a claim, and kept calling daily asking for compensation becaue the process took a little long to resolve and he had to call. Well, our company often expects us to escalate for such cases, so we do. 🤨
