I have "looked" at countless company reviews to get a sense of what the jobs are like and what the big companies really need so we can learn and adapt to fit in as the company culture is no less important than the technical skills. Researching the company and the people who have interviewed before creates a very useful knowledge base for interviewing with confidence.
