Hello! I recently got promoted at Deloitte to a Senior Manager. Base $215k + ~$40k AIP (bonus). I cleared an interview with Fanatics (Corporate) in a Cybersecurity Senior Manager role. They’re offering $275k TC ($235k base + 15% bonus + $25k relocation bonus; remote role for next 1.5 years and then move to NYC). No RSUs. I’m torn between stability + PPMD opportunity + relationship I have at Deloitte vs. better work life balance & pay at Fanatics. Do you think this is a good opportunity to move?
