      The Worklife Bowl

This is a song which is tuned to the fibonacci sequence and 432 hz energy vibration. The fibonacci sequence is present at all levels in the universe. It is part of something called Sacred Geometry. It is in galaxies, weather systems, fossils, human DNA, snails shells, and much more. If you meditate to this enough times, then you can actually feel evolutionary/electromagnetic energy moving up the spinal column. This activates the chakras/human energcy centers/ human endocrine glands. Song Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Llbewm4_JA&list=RD9Llbewm4_JA&start_radio=1

My whole company is getting flown out for a anniversary celebration. However they are making us share a room with each other (2 twin beds per room). Would you go? This makes me feel weird having to share a personal space with a coworker

Today at work, I was shooting the shit and said that Chappell Roan is my spirit animal. My coworker scoffed at me, complaining that I was culturally appropriating the ancient tribal belief in animalism. They/them said I should know better, and that to do so during Native American Heritage Month was particularly offensive. Now, I’m not proud of this. But my impulses got the best of me. So I walked over, closed her laptop shut, and said “why dont you cry me a trail of tears.” (Contd. below)

I had a dumb argument with a woman on Facebook who wants to get the last word in... Literally an argument about Disney parks. I said I like magic kingdom. My manager likes Epcot because it's the only park that is known for their alcoholic drinks.. im personally not a fan of alcohol so it doesn't matter to me. This woman continues to respond by saying.. all the parks have alcoholic drinks. Then proceeds to list them. Literally lady... it's not that big of a deal.

More great news regarding consumer confidence. Home improvement retailer Lowe’s beat analyst estimates handily in its latest quarterly report, posting adjusted earnings of $0.99 per share against the expected $0.70. Comparable sales rose, driven by resilient consumer spending on big-ticket items like appliances and outdoor projects(including those massive Halloween decorations) signaling steady housing market activity.

Do you do anything to draw attention to yourself during your competitors annual conference? We’re thinking about buying the billboards out around the hotel in Vegas. There’s a particular one across the street from where they’re holding their conference that would face everyone’s window. I love the idea, but wondering if anybody else has done something like this.

I’m officially CPA-less and I’m starting to wonder if I’ve hit a permanent ceiling. I’ve failed REG three times and I honestly don't think I have it in me to try again. I’m a high-performing, but I’m terrified I’ll never make manager without those three letters. Is it possible to make it to controller or director level without a CPA?

I can't say I pay too much attention to fan edits of movies, but the studios jumping in has certainly caught my attention. I've come across them more on YouTube and Instagram rather than TikTok. Has anyone been following these? https://www.marketingbrew.com/stories/2025/11/14/fan-edits-lionsgate-movie-marketing

Sad day today as we found out one of our fellow faculty is moving on to “hopefully” greener pastures. They were so awesome to work with, and they truly served as my venting buddy in the break room on many occasions. Do you have an awesome coworker that, if they left, it would be tragic for you?
