Hello, Actuellement Manager (M1) en Big 4 à 68k fixe +10% variable, je vais passer des entretiens pour d'autres cabinets hors big 4 (CapGemini Invent, BearingPoint, etc.) au sein des équipes Strat IT/M&A IT. Vous savez si les rémunérations sont plus élevées que les classiques "Transfo digitale" en big 4 ? Je sais que la strat paye mieux, mais là on parle de strat IT dans des cabinets moins "reconnus" que les big 4, donc je suis pas certain que les grilles de salaire soient plus élevées.

Had a chat with an HR rep yesterday and mentioned that I'm actively interviewing around. They promised to provide feedback today/Monday, to move fast, and to have the process move within a timeframe of about two weeks. Also, the recruiter I work with called to make sure I don't need visa sponsorship 30 mins after the interview. Anyways, that's the first time I heard the figure of "fast" get specific. I'm guessing this means interest?

HELP Pls I have an interview tomorrow. Two recruiters have reached out to me about this role. But the only who managed to secured me a quick call with the Director stated that it’s only a “quick call” whilst the other has mentioned that the Director typically likes to do interviews quick and requests people to do presentation. So, I am in emergency job hunting mode, and I need a job that will likely hire me quickly that pays enough to cover my bills. I understand this may mean working an unsavory position temporarily. I know call center jobs could fit the bill, but my social skills are trash. Does anyone have any recommendations for how to get something quickly that pays more than minimum wage, even if it's temporary?

How do I get up to speed quickly? At a family law firm now, but everyone DGAF. It’s only been a month, but completed multiple PDDs, filed my first FDD, prepared hearing exhibits, and prepared multiple RFOs. I’m a quick and eager learner because I gave up big law for this, but no one seems interested in training me up. Final destination is going solo — will I be able to in a year?

Anybody moved from non-pro drug (concerta) to a pro drug like vyvanse? I’m on concerta 36mg and my body is basically processing it too fast. My therapist and doctor suggested either moving to 52mg (but I had the same problem on 27 then 36 so I feel it’s just going to delay the same problem) or move to Vyvanse (or similar).

Advice for fasting? I plan on fasting for religious reasons over the next 40 days (not continuously obviously) but have never fasted before besides IF. Any advice for doing it right in the health-sense? Bonus if you have advice for doing it in the religious context as well.

Has anyone tried to do a 3 day water fast before? If so, what was it like? I’m curious to try and think it’s better to do it at work since work will force me to forget my hunger. However, I’m afraid it will make me feel lightheaded which will make it harder to concentrate on work.

Has anyone done a travel homam or puja? Feel like I’m hit with the worst possible travel luck always delays, after endless delays mechanical, weather you name it. I’m on the road every other week for the most part, it’s the same short flight mostly. But I feel like I need divine intervention at this point.
