Good evening, I’ve started my career in HVAC and I’ve gotten my Journeyman license for oil. I have some experience with gas and a/c. I’m going to be moving near Fayetteville, NC in 1 month. I’ve been looking around at HVAC companies over there and a lot say they’re hiring but I keep getting denied/ignored. I’ve been in this field for 2 years 4 months now. I’m a highly driven individual that is always trying to learn and improve. Does anyone have any connections that could help me out? Thank you.

I have a 4 yo who is obsessed with racing cars, my husband is also a huge fan of F1. We don't do screen time except occasional travel screen time (international flights) but lately I have noticed my son and husband watching F1 races (Grand Prix qualifiers) which are not too long but probably count as screen time. My son is really excited and knows all about the teams, ledger board and names of racer I would have thought he won't be able to pronounce... My question as a FTM*

Working on a short project designing and developing a CNC Router/Milling Machine to do automotive wheel rims repair. Designed the mechanical hardware using extruded aluminum, worm gears and stepper motors. That was it for the actual machine hard part. Then developed the electronics proof of concept using Arduino and 4 stepper motor drivers for a 3 axis CNC Mill/Router. After wards, I continued to developing the PCB for a final commercial product.

spent the last 16 years working for a company that didn't value me, i have seen people around me, promoted that didn't have skill set to lead a duck to water, but were the yes men when asked anything, time to move on unfortunately my pay rate puts me out of everyone's reach but ford hopefully i can get an interview! 2026 be good to me and help me move along trail to greener pastures!

So this company called right choice trucking LLC out of Indianapolis Indiana they f****** suck especially the owner some young arrogant kid I only wants to be heard but doesn't let you voice your opinion flew me out to Indiana I drove a truck for a week didn't even get paid for it also they're not in compliance running one truck on a paper eld worst place to work

Had to go to an interview today (100 mi. round trip) stopped & put $50.00 of fuel in my truck on pump*8 to make the trip, then looked at my fuel gauge & realized that $50.00 would probably only get me to pump # 9 😂 Oh well, I guess I can coast home, it’s downhill anyways 😆 Peace Out, ✌️✔️
