Hey All, I have had a very long run as a Senior Soln Architect and I am at a stage where i have the option to take a package and start searching for a new role or accept a new position in the same organisation, the new role may not be as broad as my current role.... Seeking your opinion of i should accept the package (Almost 100k) and start search for a new role in a new organisation.... or should i stay in the same org and move into a different role... as in pursue stability...

Hi all, I am completely new to Glassdoor & I have a ton of Customer Service experience from the service desk at Home Depot to CSR with Farmers, State Farm, another insurance agency & front desk receptionist at 2 different hotels. I’ve applied to several different State Farm positions on here & now it seems like that’s mostly the CSR positions that pop up. First question, has anyone got hired from here or know anyone that has? And 2, can you tell me if this platform gets into an algorithm?

Zurn Elkay has been a great place to work. Managers and leaders care and invest time and effort in engagement and development. They are a public company so some things can be more rigid and formal, however in most places you have the flexibility to get things done. While its not perfect, the business is well run. Even top leaders are approachable and love to get into the details. I also do love the company's commitment to safe drinking water, especially for kids.

Hi there, I’m currently in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa sponsored by Accenture, valid until September 2027. Previously, Skilled Worker visa holders could apply for ILR after 5 years, but the government has recently proposed increasing the settlement requirement to 10 years. Do you know if Accenture would be willing to continue sponsoring me for the additional 5 years under the new rules?

Athena strand trial is so heart breaking. I can’t get over it and have cried a few times. I have never worked for fang companies before and not sure how much compensation I should expect it is for sap functional engineer role supply chain and logistics. I usually work in traditional manufacturing privately owned companies so I have no idea on how to negotiate stocks etc . Any advice will help! Thank you in advance

Has anyone ever heard of this? I worked for Foresters’ for 4 years where I received both a t4 and releve 1 for Qc .. first they told me I didn’t complete the TD1 last August (which I did) and in the same afternoon sent me this.. awful.. now I will have to pay back a ton to revenue Qc and I was never given the opportunity to correct the issue.. anyone know what can be done?
