Hey yall, I work agency side at Publicis and I just got out of a meeting yesterday where my head of production told us that we're getting pushed by the top to start using more AI tools. Right now I dont really use anything in my work flow outside of asking Claude or GPT specific questions that I wouldnt find on google. What are you guys using in your workflow that's actually helpful? Feels like this is going to be a thing I'll be quized on next quarter so I'm curious about your POVs.

Seems that these days are company is focusing hard core on Gallup surveys, goals, reviews, and lots of other pointless metrics to try and determine employee happiness. Imo the answer is staring them right in the face. Pay your people well, and all of these imaginary issues will solve themselves. You want good ratings for the Gallup survey? How about we try giving more than a 2% raise in the new year.

Anyone work for United Health Group/Optum Insight? There is a position open and after being laid off from my job in October Im wondering if this would land me back in the same spot. Plus they give no ideas on PTO. State all these other incentives but no mention of PTO. Anyone have Pros & Cons? I know each department is different. It would be for a Senior Data Entry Clerk. Seeking guidance on total comp. I have 15 years of experienced, In talks with McKinsey (spent 2 years with them pre-covid as an associate) and Bain for an AP role. I come from Private Equity in the middle east, spent the last 5 years doing portfolio operations and performance improvement. Ballpark ranges in USD, What can McK and Bain offer for an AP role. What do I do when I was in the hospital and I asked my higher higherup for my PTO hours he says he’ll give them to me, remind you I have over 79 hours in PTO but they don’t show up on my check.
