37M, Singapore, proj engineer in SME manufacturing. Joined 2022 at low 4k, now low 5k after 2 big adj (app dev proj I led went live). Manager said no increment this yr since I got “exceptional” raise last yr, no promo since no subordinates, future only 1–3% yearly. Feels like they only rewarded me till proj done, now disposable. Anyone else in sg face this? Also, chances of landing PM role in app/software dev w/ CAPM, CSM, CSPO, MIRO & Python?
