If you're struggling to find a job and believe in God, I would encourage you to pray and ask God for guidance because that is what I did. I went to a library to print out résumés to look for jobs. In January 2026 alone, and when the job market is usually slow, I applied to 1 agency, and I've had 6 interviews between Indeed and Zip Recruiter: 2 in person, 2 online, and 2 phone interviews as well. Cast your seed on the water (apply to job agencies), 7, even 8 times and see which one He wants to bless. But whatever you do, don't let the time you're using to look for a job become ineffective. I'm currently experiencing what you're going through, though it's been 3+ months for me. It's challenging because I've applied to about 20 jobs from the end of Oct 2025-Jan 2026, and now, I'm about to get a part time Sales Rep position and a full-time Data Entry Operator role as well with 2 different global companies! I trust you're encouraged. Don't give up and keep doing your part in applying, and if it helps you any, then that's great. It'll be a matter of time and things before you're hired! You've got this! A second year I worked with just went in house as product counsel. 290k total comp and fully remote. Is this a unicorn opportunity? I was going to wait until my fourth or fifth year to explore IHC opportunities, but this is making me second guess my timeline. They were heavily liked in my group and I think they probably interview well, but was a lot of this just luck?

I had an amazing interview last night with my client! I realized that God redirects us and knows exactly where we belong. There’s no need to force things. When people see your heart, they’ll see your worth. Our purpose isn’t always found all at once. For me, it builds little by little through the lessons we learn along the way. Trust God’s process and timing it’s always perfect.
