I’ve been offered the role of Head of Operations at a e-commerce jewellery company. Im currently the operations manager siting at £54 based in the South East. I’ve got 8 years of operations experience within FMCG, finance and e-commerce. I’ll essentially be going from managing one business and its processes and advising another with what improvements would be useful for us to managing both. I’m planning on asking 70k but I’m unsure if that’s too much given my current salary. Any advice ?

Google was incredibly generous to its employees—there was plenty of delicious food, beautiful decorations, and a welcoming atmosphere. Google provides shuttle buses to pick up employees in my town.
