Hopefully, a recruiter can help me with my dilemma. I graduated with my MSN in women's health in 2023. I also have my APRN, but am not looking for a role doing that. I have been applying for RN roles since January. I have spoken to 4 employers. Not picked by any of them. One of them told me the truth that they feared that since I had my APRN, I would leave for a better-paying job. I live in a rural area, and I was anticipating moving to work with my APRN. I cannot do that now.
