AI has me so burned out. Just heard about someone framing an AI photo of their pet and I'm so over all of this. I went into software because I liked it. I love the art and the puzzles. I did not go into software because I'm trying to rise and grind or have any delusions about my ability to retire or own a home. If AI outcompetes me, I'll just wait tables or something, I'm not trying to die like John Henry did, nor am I sticking around if all that remain of my job is meetings and prompting.

      Interview Tips

      Senior Marketing Manager

Has anyone had to answer how they utilize AI in their work/past jobs when interviewing? I’m prepping for an interview and I’m trying to think of the best way to not make it sound like I think it’s the most unethical tool right now. I’ve never used it for work and highly doubt I ever will. The JD for this role is very vague about it but it seems like the team is really pushing to use it in some way even though it isn’t really defined in the description.

Just saw this article headline that said that AI is being of massive help for Publicis to win accounts without pitches, and that fifty percent of the reviews Publicis won in the past six months were without a pitch. I'm not subscribed to the publication, so I couldn't read the article, but I wanted to ask over here if anyone has an idea of how exactly this works. Sounds scary and exciting at the same time.

Hi HR Pros, Tough KPI: implement AI in daily tasks. Challenging! I want to learn AI/ML but training is costly, and my Python skills lack project application and experience. * Best HR AI tools? * Implementation tips? * Hurdles & solutions? * Cost-effective AI/ML learning? * How to start a practical HR-AI project with Python? Your input is key! Thanks!

I’m in-house in a litigation department (2017 grad) and my boss has asked me to be the AI lead for our department. Two questions: 1. Does this seem like something made up to keep me busy or is this an actual opportunity? 2. If it is an opportunity, how do you think I can use this to pivot out of litigation in 2 years?

I've asked chatgpt to rework my cv, while the revised version does read impreaaive but it also reads like words strung together that don't mean anything.. anyone else find this? Anyways I'm curious if recruiters can tell if it's AI, will it be flagged through screening? Anyone have positive experiences using AI for CV updates?

Has anyone here gone through an AI pre interview yet? I have had a few calls on my phone to go thru an AI bot and schedule an appointment. I did one and it was a bad experience. It scheduled it for the wrong time zone. After that I refuse to take anymore. Would love to hear how others are navigating this.

Everybody keeps talking about “further integrating AI into our work” cue the WPP town hall that happened. As a strategist to me it is just a good springboard, it helps me finding proof points and wordsmithing. Am I missing anything? It just saves me time when writing or finding a proof point

How are you incorporating AI into your marketing workflows without letting it water down your brand voice? I care about the efficiency gains, but my biggest fear is that everything we produce will start sounding and feeling the same. Anyone else in this position?
