      Junior Data Analyst

🚗📊 Tesla Stock Analysis Performance Dove into Tesla’s stock data from 2010–2025 to explore trends in price, volume, and volatility. This dashboard highlights key metrics like average closing prices, top-performing trading days, and yearly trading volume — all brought to life using Power BI. Clean layout, sharp insights, and a hint of volatility for spice. One of my favorite builds yet. Feedback is welcome — always looking to improve! #PowerBI #DataAnalysis #StockMarketInsights #TeslaData

I recently got hired as a data analyst, and this is my third day. When I interview during the process did mention that I’ve used tableau but not power bi, so right now I’m being trained on power bi now. I’m not sure if I’m overthinking it but I think the data analyst here does not want to teach me, whenever I ask a question, he said tell me how you would do this. Obviously I can go online and learn it myself but I don’t understand his behavior. He also never really demonstrate anything.

Recently my boss bragged about how many people she has fired in the last two years. She's proud to have 'cleaned house'. Its pretty toxic and I'm wondering how to handle it. To me it's unprofessional and I don't feel comfortable. I have a team reporting to me and I've shielded them from her for the most part... but not sure how much more I can put up with this toxicity.

I was on a trip with my wife’s family and her sibling, who works in banking, literally worked the entire trip (and always does). It seems like they feel so much pressure to work and we want to try to help her unplug. Anyone from the banking industry able to shed light on this dynamic and how you actually unplug, even if just for a few days?

I've just started a new job (3 days in at a treatment works) but I've just been offered a new job doing hydrometry for an environmental company which I've really wanted to carry on doing. I'm unsure as to what to do as I really want to continue in the environmental field but I don't want this to blow up in my face and get written a crap review from the company I've just joined. Help!

      > I worked as part of the cleaning staff at Punjab College for one year. The environment was respectful, and I always tried to maintain high cleanliness standards. I learned how important hygiene and discipline are in an educational setting. I would appreciate advice on how to grow professionally in this field or what certifications/training I can take to improve my skills.
