IBM Enterprise Strategy (Mainly FS) or Accenture Strategy (FS). At first I was leaning towards Accenture, but looking at the stock market, IBM is doing a lot better recently than Accenture. Could be AI hype but seems like leadership at IBM is doing a much better job than Accenture. Furthermore, IBM's Enterprise Strategy team is Much smaller and (for now) has not done layoffs compared to the giant that is Accenture Strategy. What are your thoughts?

IBM had the worst vacation and holiday policies of any tech/consulting company I have worked for. Why is it so outdated in its culture? Other companies typically give the last week of December off along with generous holidays even for July 4th weekend and 20 plus/unlimited vacation days. IBM has only 12 days of holidays or something like that for tenure and 8 holidays in a year with 2 personal holidays. It’s disappointing

I am interested in trying to get into IBM or Oracle. I'm interested in those companies because I am interested in how these large companies that is restrictive of promotions and good compensations stay innovative. They value share holders more than the employees who create the value. Its gotta be a complete circus inside those corporations, anyone have any sights on IBM and Oracle.

Working as package consultant (SC) for Oracle cloud implementations at IBM at the moment. Opportunity to join Deloitte as a C with 25% pay raise. Is it worth a jump? It is a level down but i think i will learn more? Also will i be able to grow quickly in that space cause IBM does seem slow (was recently acquired by IBM). Deloitte IBM

If I’m near one of their offices in the Wash DC area, but it’s not listed on the JD, would they be flexible on letting me work out of there? Anyone at the Partner, Associate Partner level at IBM willing to connect? Have an interview this week and wanted to get some information on the position, level, topics, ranges. How is it internally, in the US? Have they also had their share of cuts in the last year?

Does anyone know if IBM is very open to remote work? Found a really interesting position but am a few states away so a commute or hybrid isn't possible. Wasn't sure if it was worth applying or not.
