I recently lost 45 lbs (thanks to Zepbound!) and am now getting weird compliments from a particular security guard at my firm's office building. His comments are escalating and have started to make me uncomfortable. I reported him but nothing has appeared to change. I am new to harrassment because I have always been bigger and usually feel invisible, but it feels like this is a valid reason to WFH. Can I request to WFH until this security guard is moved?

I had an unusual conversation with a coworker. We were talking about a certain scenario and I made a statement that I felt would end the situation. Until she said "Unless...."? It switched the whole scenario, every alternative ending was greeted with "Unless". I never thought how most thoughts about a situation could be changed with an "Unless?" Could you change your feelings of frustration with an "....unless"? Maybe we could have a bad day unless...; let's go eat at Taco Bell...unless?

Currently evaluating a job opportunity and soliciting advice or feedback. Currently an SM in B4 FDD. Received an offer for a CFO role at a family office. Base comp and benefits appear similar to current role, but the potential upside equity may be better if their investments pay off in a few years. Not sure if my path to FDD partner is clear and would expect at least 5 years to be in that conversation at least. WLB at the new role is harder since there is a wide range of responsibilities.
