How has this been decided so quickly when I barely finished clicking submit?

Does anyone work at Intercom? I had the hiring manager interview and live assessment this week. They didn’t go amazingly but I think I answered the questions well in the interview…and for the live tech assessment, I didn’t know everything but was able to find the answers and asked the right questions to get them. Do you have to know everything and get all the questions right in order to pass? Or does showing you know how TO FIND the answers sufficient?

Indiana-based employees no longer have access to Centene’s traditional group medical plan and are required to use an ICHRA with individual marketplace insurance. The available plans are significantly more expensive, have higher deductibles, less comprehensive coverage, and limited provider networks. I have been unable to find in-network providers that meet my healthcare needs. This creates unequal access to healthcare based solely on location.

For context im coming from outside on finance and am interviewing for an industry specialized team, passed first round, but am curious how much deeper into technicals the next rounds will go. anything helps, TIA! Currently on the IM injections journey, and every single one is such a big mental task. I'm so tired of dealing with the mental battle before the injections. I feel like this whole process would be much easier if I didn't have so much fear and anxiety about it - how do you all process your emotions and keep calm for your injections?

Has anyone worked at IONQ? An outside recruiter showed up and wants to talk to me about an accounting role there, but I'm a little nervous because it's an early stage startup. Also, I'm curious about how they're hiring a lot of finance people all at once.
